Creating a website to 'sell' help feels weird. I often question, how did we get here? And by here, I mean, how did we get to a place where finding a space to feel seen and heard comes with a cost.
The answer is rooted in colonial structures and practices that have significantly contributed to making therapy a privilege rather than an accessible right for many.
